Justin Houser was born and raised in Leland, North Carolina, just a short trip over the bridge from the Century 21 office where he practices Real Estate today. He has worked in construction, mechanical, and service jobs throughout his life, which has given him keen insight into what future and current homeowners want and need. He specializes in local residential property and is ready to help the members and soon-to-be members of his community at a moment's notice.

Before starting his career in Real Estate, Justin built up a strong background as a residential HVAC mechanic and Licensed notary public. Both of these jobs have given him a deep understanding of the type of care and precision people expect when their home and livelihood are involved. He has skillfully notarized hundreds of documents without a single unhappy customer and continues to maintain his license.

Justin began his college years in 2020, was dually enrolled at Cape Fear Community College, earning his place on the Dean's list every year he was enrolled, and eventually became a member of the Honors program. He transferred to Brunswick Community College in 2022 and graduated in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration. His academic successes reflect the determination and skill he brings to working with his clients to make their dreams come true.

Specializing in residential properties, Justin is ready to share with you his lifelong experience with the Cape Fear area and beyond! He believes real estate is about the people as much as it is about the property and takes pride in welcoming new neighbors into the community he holds dear.

1.  Why are you a good fit for Real Estate?

- Because I studied Business at BCC and I care about my community. I genuinely find the field of real estate to be fascinating.

2.  Where are you originally from?

- I was born and raised in Leland, NC.

3.  What brought you to the area?

- I've simply never wanted to leave.

4.  What are your favorite local restaurants?

- Bdobo Mongolian Grill, Indochine, La Bella Airosa

5.  What are your favorite activities in your down time?

- Reading, writing, building gadgets, and thrifting

6.  What are your favorite Sports Teams?

- I don't watch a lot of sports but I've been looking to get into football! So I suppose the Panthers would be the first to come to mind.

7.  Do you play any sports? If so, what sport(s) do you play?

- I enjoy a friendly game of pickleball.

8.  Do you have any pets?

- Yes, I have a beautiful cat, a small Russian Blue named Grace.

9.  What are you passionate about?

- Creative writing, and attending my local engineering and art club, "The Cape Fear Makers Guild."

10. How important is Customer Service to you?

- Top priority. Always.
