Lori Stafford is originally from the Morehead City area and has lived in Wilmington for over 30 years. She graduated from UNCW with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She and her husband have 2 beautiful daughters. Both daughters attend NC State University. Lori loves to spend time at the beach with her husband. If she isn’t at the beach, you can probably find her with friends at a sporting event whether it be the Wolfpack of NC State, UNCW basketball or baseball or the Atlanta Braves. 

Before becoming a Real Estate Agent, Lori worked as an Instructional Assistant in the New Hanover County School District. Her firsthand knowledge of the schools in our area sets her apart from other agents. Lori is looking forward to helping you find a home that your family loves coming home to.

Getting to Know You

1.  Why are you a good fit in real estate? 

I feel like I am a good fit for Real Estate because I enjoy meeting new people and telling them all the things I love about Wilmington. I have also worked in the New Hanover County School system so I  have that knowledge that I can share with new families moving to our area.

2. Where are you originally from?

I am originally from Morehead City so I grew up around the NC beaches. I moved to Wilmington after I graduated high school to attend UNCW where I earned my BS in Marketing. 

3. What are your favorite local restaurants?

Freddie's Restaurant in Kure Beach, Oceanview Restaurant, Sawmill, Benny's Big Time Pizzeria, The Spot, Nikki's Gourmet and Sushi Bar, El Cazador Mexican Restaurant- can you tell I like to eat. HA!

4. What are your favorite activities in your downtime?

I love to sit on the beach to wind down or hang out with friends at some of our favorite restaurants. I also enjoy going to NC State Football and basketball and UNCW basketball and baseball games. 

5. What are your favorite sports teams?

Atlanta Braves and  NC State Wolfpack! - both of my daughters attend NC State.

6. Do you have any pets?

I have 2 Boston Terriers- Macy and our rescue Boston- Buddy-he's a little crazy.

7 What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about my family. I love spending time with my husband and my 2 daughters who both attend NC State.

8. How important is Customer Service to you?

I am also passionate about customer service. I feel like you need to treat everyone like you would want to be treated. I feel like a customer isn't just a transaction- it's a long long commitment.
